In a massive reorganization, all of the stuff that used to be under cygutils/V1.1/ and cygutils/unversioned/ and cygutils/B20 has now been relocated, with a few exceptions, to cygutils/OBSOLETE/V1.1/ and cygutils/OBSOLETE/unversioned/ and cygutils/OBSOLETE/B20.
Why? Because in the last two years, many of the packages once offered here have been added, either by me or other cygwin contributors, to the official cygwin distribution. Therefore, the versions here are ... obsolete.
Also, I've removed the actual tarballs from these trees; only the web pages themselves have been preserved, as a sort of historical record. Don't worry; if a given package has not been rendered obsolete, then it still lives -- but you need to find it starting at this level -- just follow the links.
