bashprompt
Comments:
I like this. I use this. However, the main
site
is very flaky, so I've mirrored the package here.
Download:

- vgafonts.tar.gz

- c1ec8c453819dab3af1a47f953b3c384 *vgafonts.tar.gz
- some fonts with the extended ascii characters needed by bashprompt,
in .pcf format which is compatible with my Xserver
(X-Win32).
- Lucida ConsoleP (luconP.ttf)

- Lucida Console TrueType font, encoded for DOS codepage 437, rather
than "ANSI" or a different national font. Why? Because cp437 has lots of
linedraw characters which are used by bashprompt. Unlike the fonts in
vgafonts.tar.gz, this font is a TrueType outline font, and works with
the native non-X port of RXVT, available from the cygwin distribution.
- Lucida ConsoleP for X

- Lucida Console TrueType font, encoded for DOS codepage 437, rather
than "ANSI" or a different national font. BUT, this package provides
the programs and a script that can be used to generate .pcf versions
of the font, for use with an Xserver. Follow the instructions in the
README.csw file.
