1) Add the following to your Apache configuration file
   httpd.conf, and restart the server:

   Alias /openemr %%PREFIX%%/%%OPENEMRDIR%%/
   AcceptPathInfo On
   <Directory %%PREFIX%%/%%OPENEMRDIR%%/>
      AllowOverride None
      Require all granted
   </Directory>

2) Visit your OpenEMR site with a browser (i.e.,
   http://your.server.com/openemr/), and you should
   be taken to the install script, which will lead
   you through the installation step by step.
