;  MacBinary Ymodem, etc.) on your local terminal and Xmodem or Ymodem
;  format on this BBS. Except for the text files, if you don't use the 
;  MacBinary format, you won't get usable files. Use the MacBinary transfer 
;  only on the last transfer to the Macintosh computer. If you transfer to 
;  some intermediate computer first, then just use standard Xmodem or Ymodem 
;  up to that point. Note that only Terminal programs on Macintosh computers 
;  have MacBinary. Apple File Exchange, with the right converter, can convert
;  a MacBinary file back into a Mac file. 
;    Extract the programs from the .SIT library files with Stuffit. For
;  .CPT library files use Compactor Pro or Extractor. The .SEA files are
;  self-unstuffing compactor libraries.
;    Note: don't forget to send in Shareware fees for the Shareware programs
;  that you use. The costs are minimal for the amount of functionality
