%%Notes: NOT A VIRUS!  This phrase was a false alert, a task titled 
"Vlad the Inhaler" shows up in the file NWRES.DLL which is part of the 
Norton Desktop program.  Occasionally it appears to show up when 
upgrading to 
Windows 3.1.  It is included here in case anyone sees it and thinks it 
may be a destructive piece of code.
