COURTNEY UPDATE

After several responses to our request for feedback, we've made some 
performance, and (hopefully) portability improvements in the COURTNEY
program. The new version (V1.2) is available now via the following 
methods: 

     Via the CIAC Web server at http://ciac.llnl.gov
     On the CIAC anonymous ftp server at ciac.llnl.gov in the
     /pub/ciac/sectools/unix directory
