Unauthorized Windows 95 Update -- DOSMEM

DOSMEM.C and DOSMEM.EXE -- A Win16 program that allocates all DOS memory (conventional memory below 1 MB). While DOS memory is allocated, you can try launching some other Windows programs, to see how Windows 95 behaves when no DOS memory is available (some of the error messages, such as "A device attached to the system is not functioning" are very strange). You can then free up the memory, and Windows 95 behavior returns to normal.
