Bedstead is a family of outline fonts based on the characters produced by
the Mullard SAA5050 series of Teletext Character Generators, as used to
render the MODE 7 display on the BBC Microcomputer and other systems.

The generator turns the original 5x9 pixel cells into smooth outlines,
reproducing the diagonal-smoothing behaviour of the SAA5050 hardware. The
family provides six width variants (from ultra condensed to extended), each
in regular and bold weights, and covers Latin, Cyrillic and Hebrew glyphs
plus the teletext mosaic graphics characters.
